All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport).

Do all signers need to be present?

Yes. All parties whose signatures require notarization must be present at the time of service.

Can you notarize documents that are already signed?

No. Documents must be signed in the presence of the notary, unless otherwise permitted by state law.

Do you provide legal advice or prepare documents?

No. Notaries are not permitted to provide legal advice or prepare documents.

How much does mobile notary service cost?

Notary fees are regulated by the state. A travel fee applies for mobile services and is based on distance and location. Final pricing will be confirmed after your service request is reviewed.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Same-day appointments may be available depending on location and availability.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Detroit and surrounding areas. Travel outside our standard service area may incur additional fees.

What happens if my appointment is canceled?

Travel fees are non-refundable once the notary is dispatched. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
